What are pop-up windows?

  • Many legal online advertisers present messages via pop-up windows. These windows open when clicking on a link on a website above or below the window to be presented.
  • If you have installed Windows XP Service Pack 2 ‏ (SP2), the Windows block is activated on the Explorer browser and blocks most of the automatic pop-up windows (which open on their own)). 
  • In the event of a block, it will not be possible to complete an action such as an acquisition / sale of securities, a printout or a transition to an external site etc'.

What are Pop-up windows?

If you clicked on a link and, instead of the desired window, a window with a warning message about blocking pop-up windows opened, mark the encircled block with a V and click on the OK button.

A blocked window is marked at the foot of the page by an icon of a blocked page (indicated in the picture with a red arrow).

In order to remove the block, click on the yellow information ruler (at the top of the page) in order to open a change definition window:

Select the option, "...Always allow pop-ups from this site"

In order to allow the pop-up windows on the site click "Yes"

If you have removed the block, the icon at the bottom of the page will change to an icon marked with a red arrow.

The page is not Responding

What must be done if the page is not responding?

Why is a page not responding and how must this be treated?

The numerous add ons in a browser and certain types of add ons could cause an abnormal action of the browser.
Browsers that have add on software components installed on their computers are likely to come up against a hung page that does not enable continuing browsing in the account.
Global Microsoft is familiar with the fault and is working at finding a solution.

Following are a number of ways of solving this problem:

Explorer: 7.0 users:  Click on the browser icon with the right mouse button
Select start without add-ons - This will open the browser without add ons once.
You can also remove and reinstall the browser (your Internet provider cam assist you with this). This action will activate the browser without add ons permanently.
Enter into: start וand then run  enter the order: iexplore-extoff
 "Windows Vista" users: clock on the Windows" +R button there is no Start button on vista)
