At Mercantile, we have set for ourselves the goal of being involved and active within and for the community.

The Bank does this through various donations and scholarships, as well as through employee volunteer activities.

Mercantile Employees Working for the Community - Employee Volunteering:
Bank Mercantile employees at branches and staff units participate in various volunteer operations.
At Mercantile, our efforts for the community are an integral part of our work as an organization, and social endeavors are performed alongside our commercial efforts. Therefore, the Bank has established an organizational infrastructure for this field of operations, and Bank employees throughout Israel take part in volunteer projects in communities where the Bank operates.
In this context, we recall that Bank Mercantile is a bank whose clients and employees represent the entire spectrum of the social fabric in Israel, and as such, the Bank works to help many communities and populations.

Clothing donations
From time to time we perform drives to collect items of clothing and donate them to those in need via a number of associations throughout Israel.
The collection is performed at all Bank branches and we also turn to our customers to ask them to lend a hand and donate as well.
The items of clothing are donated to associations in the various regions of Israel.
We are grateful to the employees and customers of Bank Mercantile who have donated and participated in this important endeavor.
