Receive information and perform actions as follows:

• Recent transactions – Details of current account transactions – up to six months previous.
• Bank transfer – Execute bank transfers to other accounts in the bank and/or to other banks.

• Update information – Update mobile phone details: To update your phone number, go to the Home icon in the main menu on the right (icon). Update contact details >> Update mobile number (as part of the update process, you will have to enter your magnetic card number).
  Deposits – Make deposits and withdrawals in all types of Shekel
• deposits.
• Checks – Order checkbooks and cancel checks.
• Loans – Take an immediate loan and view loan details.
• Mortgages – Information on mortgages linked to an account.
• Securities – Give buying and selling orders for securities in Israel and abroad.
• Foreign currency – Perform foreign currency conversions between customer accounts.
• Pay bills – Make payments to various bodies and institutions.
• Account authorization – Create a new authorization to debit the account, transfer an authorization from another bank, cancel an authorization or cancel last charge (up to 3 business days from the debit), freeze authorization for the time range you set, view the existing authorization report in your account.
• Credit cards – Change the monthly billing date, recover secret code, activate/approve credit card, cancel card in case of loss or theft.
• Areas of activity – Add areas of activity to the account by clicking on the Home icon in the main menu on the right (icon) >> Authorizations and passwords >> Areas of activity – Mark V in the desired section.
• The authorizations will be updated immediately in the account.

• Go to one of the Mercantile Bank branches or call the branch and receive a password and ID code.

How to access your mercantile@internet account?

• Click the Login to My Accounts button.
• Enter your ID number, ID code and password.
