The Conditions for Holding Diners Club Credit Cards
Holders of Bank Mercantile Diners credit cards can execute purchases and receive services at businesses, online and telephonically. Furthermore, holders of International or Platinum cards can also make purchases overseas.

•  The card can also be used for withdrawing cash from the ATM and receiving information and executing banking transactions via the feedback devices at the branches.
•  Debit dates for purchases:

• Debit dates for purchases overseas:
  Local Diners – On the arrival of the debit from overseas
  Diners International – Postponing the forthcoming debit date, without interest and up to Current +30
  Diners Platinum – Postponing the date of the next debit, to after the date of the forthcoming debit – Current +60
  It is possible to advance the debit date of transactions overseas by contacting CAL's customer service.

Fly Card
The new credit card of the Frequent Flyer's Club from Diners Club and in cooperation with YOU.

Every purchase with the Fly Card credit accumulates frequent - flyer points for you bringing you closer to your next flight with the most profitable accumulation ratio: NIS 250 = 1 frequent flyer point*

Furthermore, the Diners Club Fly Card grants you a range of flight benefits from El Al, various cultural and consumer benefits. For example:

•  An accelerated accumulation of points at the Mega and YOU chains
•  A participation gift –- 50 points and also 15% discount on purchases at the Mega/YOU** chains
•  Another 10% accumulation of points on El Al and UP flights
•  A 50% discount on the exchange commission for acquiring Forex
•  Special bonus card prices and more realization options

Remarks:

Subject to the regulations on the club website Transferring the points is performed automatically to your account at El Al's Frequent Flyer Club. On MasterCard cards the accumulation ratio is NIS 500 = 1 frequent-fliyer point * in transactions at the state's institutions points are accumulated in a ratio of NIS 500 = 1 Frequent Flyer point ** limited to purchases of up to NIS 700. A 50 frequent flyer points prize will be granted with the accumulation of one point on the credit card
