The Mercantile app is easy to use, friendly and advanced.

You can access your account quickly and easily, get your account information simply – anytime and anywhere.

Perform actions
You can quickly and easily navigate to any topic by accessing the main menu.

You can also press the + button on the left to access the Quick Actions Menu from whatever screen you’re on.

There is a division by content areas on the following topics: credit cards, capital market, loans*, deposits, etc. – You can access any topic by swiping right or left.

What services and products are available in the Mercantile app?

Foreign currency transfers
Transferring foreign currency from a Mercantile account to an account in another bank in Israel or abroad.

Currency conversion
Easily convert foreign currency from your account on the app.

Transfer to a contact:
Transfer money to a contact stored on your mobile phone. After receiving an SMS message, the contact will transfer the money directly to his/her account. Send cash to a contact stored on your mobile phone. After receiving an SMS message, the contact can withdraw the money at an ATM.

Transfer to a contact with Siri
Transfer money to contacts stored on your mobile phone, even by voice command to Siri. Activate Siri> Request a transfer to a contact> Select contact> Select the amount you want to transfer (up to NIS 2,000 per day)> Select the Mercantile app> Confirm the transaction.
The contact to whom you made the transfer will receive an SMS with a one-time withdrawal code valid for 24 hours.

•  The service is available for iPhone users with operating system iOS 10 and above.

Large value transfers
Make a large value transfer by entering a one-time verification code.

“My Profile” – updating personal information
Access “My profile” in the app and update your mobile phone number and email address.

Deposits and Savings

• Deposit into a deposit
• Detailed information on deposits and savings – information on savings, structured deposits and foreign currency deposits.

My Account Widget (Widget)
The “My Account” widget on your mobile device – a service that allows you to view account information without logging into the app and without entering identification information.
Information you can view:

• Account balance
• Total credit card charges at next debit
• The value of your securities portfolio

Recover a credit card’s secret code
Have you forgotten your credit card’s secret code? Log into the Mercantile application and recover the code directly from your mobile phone, without calling the branch.

Activate a new credit card
Have you received a new credit card? From now on, it's simpler and easier to activate your credit card.
Log into the Mercantile app. From the main menu click on “All Actions”> “Activate New Credit Card”.

Credit Card Search
When accessing “credit cards”, you can search for purchases made on your card – by business name, by date of purchase or by specific card.

3D Touch
For iPhones that support 3D Touch technology, a long click on the Mercantile icon will open a quick menu that will lead directly to the requested action. The actions are:

• Branch locator
• Transfers between accounts
• Deposit checks
• Cash withdrawal without a credit card

By clicking on the small envelope on the left at the entrance to the app, you will reach a site that is directly customized for the mail screen, where you can read your mail directly from your mobile phone easily and comfortably.
